Emergency Care Guide

  1. STEP
    1 Request for Treatment

Please complete the medical application form and submit it at the registration desk.

  2. STEP
    2 Triage (Initial Assessment Room)

Following a preliminary examination in the triage room, an emergency bed will be assigned based on the severity of the patient’s condition.

  3. STEP
    3 Medical Consultation and Treatment

The order of medical treatment is determined by the emergency/severity level of the patient rather than the order of registration.

An emergency room physician will conduct primary medical interview and physical examination, followed by emergency treatment and necessary blood and radiological tests. Based on the patient’s main symptoms and test results, continued treatment will be provided in consultation with medical staff from the respective departments.

  4. STEP
    4 Medication, Discharge, and Payment

Once the emergency medical staff decides on your discharge, receive discharge instructions from the nurse and pay your medical expenses at the emergency discharge desk.

Present your payment receipt to the nurse to receive information regarding follow-up care and precautions after returning home. If medication is prescribed, collect it from the in-hospital pharmacy as guided before leaving.

  5. STEP
    5 Admission

If the medical staff of the respective department determines that inpatient treatment is necessary after a consultation, an admission decision form
    will be issued.

You may proceed with the admission procedures at the emergency discharge desk. Once a room is assigned, you will be admitted to the ward.

Important Notices for Emergency Room Use

For the patient’s stability and prompt emergency care, one guardian must remain with the patient.
All other persons are kindly asked to wait in the guardians' waiting room.
