Private Health Screening

Comprehensive Health Screening (Individual) Procedures at International Hospital

  1. STEP
    1 Health Screening Appointment
    Phone

    Health Promotion Center Reservation Office, 3rd floor of the West Building, Hanyang University International Hospital (Korean service only)

  2. STEP
    2 Reservation Confirmation and Receiving Screening Materials by Courier
    • A guidance text message (SMS) is sent to your mobile phone upon reservation (domestic residents/Korean service only).
    • Screening materials will be sent 2 weeks before the screening (health screening guide, questionnaire, stool collection container, etc.).
    • A confirmation call will be made 1 week before the screening (domestic residents/Korean service only).
    • Foreigners: After confirming the reservation application, the staff in charge will provide guidance via e-mail.
  3. STEP
    3 Registration and Payment
    • Confirm your reservation at the information desk of the Health Promotion Center on the 3rd floor of Hanyang University Seoul Hospital's West Building.
    • Hand in the preparation materials (questionnaire, stool collection container, etc.).
    • Register and pay the costs on the day of screening. (As it may be difficult to change or add test items on the day of screening, please make inquiries in advance.)
    • After registration, receive guidance according to the procedures and proceed with the health screening.
  4. STEP
    4 Changing into Screening Gown
    • After registration, move to the locker room and change into the provided screening gown. (Please wear only undergarments (panties) under the gown.)
    • Do not wear accessories such as necklaces and earrings. (Please refrain from carrying valuables.)
  5. STEP
    5 Screening

    After changing into the screening gown, proceed with the tests according to the staff’s guidance.

  6. STEP
    6 Result Check and Consultation
    • In case of any abnormal findings, we will notify you of the results via text message (SMS) (domestic residents/Korean service only).
    • The full screening results can be found on the Hanyang University Hospital app (domestic residents/Korean service only).
    • Consultation for comprehensive screening results is available through prior reservation. Reservations can be made starting 1 week after the test date.
    • You can choose between phone consultation and in-person consultation.
